AXUM AI Partners LLC provides AI strategy, solution design, and AI-assisted workflow support for regulated environments. AI-enabled outputs, including outputs associated with DeviSolve or related pilot workflows, are intended to support qualified human review and decision-making.
AI-generated content is advisory and draft-oriented. It must be reviewed, edited, approved, and controlled by qualified personnel under the applicable quality system, standard operating procedures, and organizational governance requirements.
AI tools do not replace QA judgment, regulatory responsibility, batch disposition decisions, deviation ownership, CAPA approval, validation obligations, or formal GMP documentation controls.
AI systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or contextually inappropriate output. Users are responsible for verifying all content against approved source documents, applicable procedures, and current regulatory expectations.
Any use of AI-assisted workflows in FDA-regulated, GMP, public-sector, or other controlled environments should be evaluated under the user organization's internal procedures, data governance standards, vendor qualification requirements, and validation or quality-risk framework as applicable.
